According to the Florida Statutes 810.09, commercial horticulture property should be posted with prominent no trespassing signs. The signs should read “THIS AREA IS DESIGNATED COMMERCIAL PROPERTY FOR HORTICULTURE PRODUCTS, AND ANYONE WHO TRESPASSES ON THIS PROPERTY COMMITS A FELONY”.
