Street Name Sign Bracket - Adjustable Cross Piece Bracket

The adjustable cross piece street name sign bracket is engineered to be adjustable to any angle which makes it the most versatile cross bracket you can purchase. 5½″ and 12″ wide brackets are available to accommodate both small and large street name signs, as well as brackets for .080″ flat blade signs and extruded blade signs.

The opening on the bracket is 5/16" wide, which easily accommodates the 1/4" thick extrusion of the extruded blade sign, and 3/16" wide on the flat blade bracket to accommodate .080" thick flat blade signs. Both openings are 7/8" deep at the tallest part of the slot.

5-1/2" and 12" wide brackets are available and both are fully adjustable to any angle. The 5-1/2" bracket is well-suited for 6" tall street signs with lengths up to 24", and the 12" bracket is best suited for all 9" tall street signs as well as 6" tall signs with lengths of 30" or more.

Tools required for installation:

• 5/32″ hex key
• (2) ½″ socket and ratchet wrenches or (1) ½″ socket and ratchet wrench and (1) ½″ socket driver.

Installation

1. Remove the bolts and nuts from both halves of the bracket.
2. Use one bolt and nut to secure the bracket halves together at the angle required. Store the extra nut and bolt as it is not needed.
